Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Veloce VPN mobile application (the “Service”), provided by BOATMAN MEDIA LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using Veloce VPN, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Veloce VPN provides proxy and virtual private network services designed to enhance your online privacy and security. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewable In-App Purchases

Veloce VPN offers a free version supported by advertisements, as well as premium auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g., Monthly VIP and Annual VIP) that provide enhanced speeds and an ad-free experience.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Canceling a subscription will stop future charges, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.
• Pricing: We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. Any price changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles following notice of the change.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Veloce VPN only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the Service to:

• Engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to copyright infringement, child exploitation, or terrorism.
• Distribute spam, malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems, networks, or servers.
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, or intimidate others.
• Engage in any activity that disproportionately strains our infrastructure or disrupts the Service for other users.
• We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Service without notice if we reasonably suspect a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Veloce VPN App, including all associated software, design, text, images, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of BOATMAN MEDIA LIMITED. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our explicit written consent.

5. Third-Party Content and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as advertising networks). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third parties.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Veloce VPN is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, completely secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BOATMAN MEDIA LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; or (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
